## About

I've spent years in the ring and in the gym, learning what it takes to develop as a boxer and as a person. My background in competitive boxing taught me that technique, consistency, and mental toughness matter more than raw talent. I'm passionate about helping adults discover their potential, whether they're stepping into a gym for the first time or looking to sharpen their skills.
My adult boxing classes are built on real boxing fundamentals, not shortcuts. I focus on proper stance, footwork, and punch mechanics so you build strength safely and see results fast. Every class is designed to challenge you at your level, whether you're a complete beginner or returning to the sport. You'll leave stronger, more confident, and part of a community that pushes each other forward.

Ready to step into the ring?

Book your first class today and experience what real boxing training feels like. No experience needed, just the willingness to show up and give it your best. I'll meet you where you are and help you build from there.

This program takes you from zero to confident boxer in eight weeks, building a solid foundation you can keep training on forever.
A More Personal Way to Start Your Boxing Journey
The first eight weeks matter most. You'll learn proper stance, footwork, basic combinations, and how to move with purpose in the ring. Each session builds on the last, so you're not just throwing punches, you're understanding why each movement works. You'll develop the muscle memory and body awareness that separates real boxers from people just hitting bags.
This isn't about being perfect from day one. It's about showing up, learning the right way, and building habits that stick. By week eight, you'll have the confidence to keep training on your own or join any of my other classes. You'll understand your body better, feel stronger, and know you've accomplished something real.

## FAQ

### Is boxing or wrestling suitable for beginners?

Yes. Professional instruction can introduce beginners to fundamental movement, technique, conditioning, and training habits in a structured way. Starting with the basics helps build confidence while creating a strong foundation for continued development.

### What can I learn through boxing and wrestling training?

Training can develop coordination, balance, footwork, body control, discipline, and physical fitness. It also teaches students how to practice consistently, respond to coaching, and approach challenges with focus.

### Can children and teenagers participate in combat sports training?

Youth training can be adapted to a student's age, development, and ability level. With appropriate supervision and instruction, boxing and wrestling can provide a constructive setting for learning movement, self-discipline, and respect.

### Do I need to compete to benefit from training?

No. Many people train to improve fitness, confidence, coordination, and personal discipline without entering competition. A professional coach can help students pursue recreational goals or prepare for competition when that is the right direction for them.

### Why is professional coaching important in boxing and wrestling?

A qualified coach can teach technique progressively, identify areas for improvement, and help students train with greater awareness and control. Professional guidance supports safer practice and makes it easier to develop consistent, purposeful habits.
